Customers say: Super punctual

"I was helping a relative clean out her home which was very cluttered and needed a lot of work. Rosy sent out a great crew who has been assisting us on a continuing basis to get the house ready for sale. Nancy, Jose and Freida are thorough, efficient and caring. We had a difficult job and they excelled."

"Louis did AMAZING work on my house (tile/grout, shower and duct/vent) unfortunately I can’t put the before/after pictures on my review but the result was for real amazing! And my shower is like new now, so crazy, the result is unbelievable!!! Especially for my shower, what he did was magic. in addition to doing extraordinary work, he is a very nice gentleman, very understanding, very polite, very friendly, the prices are really affordable and he gave me a lot of advice. I compared Best Cleaning And Restorations with 7 others company and I do not regret having chosen it at all! I highly recommend it to you! He is the best!!"

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Cleaning your bathtub once per week should be plenty. Keeping up a weekly cleaning schedule will prevent mold or mildew issues, and any cleaning you do will be less labor-intensive. If you can’t find the time to clean your bathtub, you could consider hiring a local residential cleaning service.

Not cleaning your house on a regular basis can lead to elevated allergen levels, pest problems, mold growth, damaged belongings, and parts of your home falling into disrepair. Consistent cleaning prevents problems that can lead to illness and ensures you’re aware of the condition of everything in your home so you can maintain and repair things as needed.

After you clean mildew or mold that appears in your home, you expect the nasty odor to disappear, too. Sometimes, though, the odor can linger after cleaning. To get rid of a mold smell, you may need to clean the area every few days for a few weeks. Use a dehumidifier or fans to try to remove moisture from the area. If the odor remains after a few weeks, you may still have mold or mildew in the area. Call a mold testing professional for another inspection.

The best way to clean kitchen cabinets is to use a soft cloth soaked in warm water and mild dish soap. For areas that require a stronger solution, a mixture of baking soda and vinegar is the best choice. If your cabinets are made of sealed hardwood, you can deep clean them using a steam cleaner, but other cabinet materials are exempt from this type of cleaning.

Focus on cleaning the air after you’ve finished cleaning surfaces. Use air purifiers, moving them as necessary from room to room. The air filters should be cleaned or replaced, depending on the type of filters you have. Clean the air ducts by yourself or by hiring a pro. Finally, open doors and windows to ensure the space is properly ventilated.
