"Mike is not a Handyman, he is an professional at any service he performs. I had issue with the AC unit. I had several techs stop by and explain what they thought was wrong. All estimates were very high. Thousands of dollars to repair. Mike stop by and repaired it on-site within minutes. I recommend anybody that needs work contact Mike. "The Prime Contractor was amenable to making contractual changes before the project began; this was greatly beneficial to assuaging customer concerns. The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. The final product resulted in a detached garage with framing, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing that are worthy or show-casing first-rate craftsmanship. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would readily work with this company again on future projects."
