Got 5 estimates,they were in the middle with better quality products and some upgrades. Owners was friendly and polite. Workers were friendly,polite,hardest workers Ive ever met!!!! "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. The final product resulted in a detached garage with framing, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing that are worthy or show-casing first-rate craftsmanship.
