Due to negligence while cleaning one of the units, the unit leaked and flooded a section of a carpeted bedroom.  The cost to clean and dry the carpet was $300.  I have called several times and asked  for reimbursement.  So far I have received nothing. I will never recommend or use them again.

It was perfect. They moved furniture that need to be moved they put all the furniture up on styrofoam so it would dry under the legs of the furniture. They were fast and efficient. I have white carpet in one room and they got most of the stains out of that carpet. I would use them again.
