We needed to freshen up and update our entire home. We had all carpet removed and replaced with tile. We also had to remove old shower tiles and replace with new. We had them replace ALL outlets and lighting fixtures. They sanded and painted our kitchen cabinets and put new hardware on. Also painted all the rooms, doors and moldings inside home and painted outside as well. We had to repair and replace drywall in 3 rooms. They power  washed the entire outside of home before painting as well as the driveway, sidewalk and deck in back. We had them trim our trees and bushes and plant flowers and lay mulch. They even cleaned out our gutters!! I would absolutely 100% recommend them for any future projects. We even told our neighbors to use Lake Property Services!!!!
