He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). "Mr. Bill was extremely patient and professional. He was always on time, prompt with returning phone calls, and followed up regularly. The roof looks so beautiful, my neighbor hired him to do their roof as well. After the roof was complete, Mr. Bill continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go, and even helped me get a new cap for my chimney (not included in the contract). Always respectful, clearly takes pride in his work."
