The roof looks so beautiful, my neighbor hired him to do their roof as well. After the roof was complete, Mr. Bill continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go, and even helped me get a new cap for my chimney (not included in the contract). In most areas, dock builders need some type of license. In some states, only a general construction license might be necessary, while a marine construction license is required in others. The area around the seawall can also provide clues. For instance, you may notice water bubbling over in areas of your yard if your seawall has holes or cracks. The soil around the seawall may also appear to be sloping or sinking.
