After the initial quote they showed up as scheduled and completed the job professionally and even mounted the cameras back. The overall job was better than the original fencing that was installed. Would highly recommend and will be used if needed again.

Never hire or attempt to hire this guy. Gave me a written estimate, offered a "cash" discount along with a military discount, which I, in turn, accepted. Showed up around noon of the start date with all the supplies, and I suggested we apply the discounts and have a new "bottom line" so I know what to pay him. He stumbled through the math and then said to me that he under bid the job and was walking away, and he did, even though I told him he was breaking a legally binding contract. Very disrespectful to the military, to offer a discount and then walk away from the job. DO NOT HIRE!!!

"I do applogize for any inconvenience you believe you have endured but this review is not completely accurate. I always extend a military discount. The issue that worried me and made me make an on-the-fly business decision directly related to financial obligation from your part; deposit not prepared, and the messages prior to start day about "knocking money off because of an unexpected expense" which leads me to believe there may be payment issues. Putting the safety of my business first I chose to walk away. I will learn from this and move on. No hard feelings."

Excellent! It took me forever to find somebody to fix my wood fence & gate after the hurricane. There was a lot of damage around town and contractors were booked. I contacted Ezra and he came over the same day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He fit me into his busy schedule and had the work done in no time. He even took $75 off the estimate because he said it did not take him as long as he thought it would. This is a very honest, efficient, and affordable handyman service. The gate works better than it did before the hurricane, so I am relieved, happy, and would definitely recommend Ezra Iris to anyone.
