"Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. Through the past years we have remodeled several rent houses, flip houses and personal homes, and very familiar with construction and contractors. "Fantastic. Mr Dan Parks is the best contractor I have ever hired. He is hands on and does the work himself with his trusted skilled workers. We had a basic 3 foot cube for a shower. He built a complete new 6 foot long double shower with a bench seat. All new floor to ceiling porcelain tile, with rain forest spray. New Granite counter top, back splash and shower bench seat. Beautiful job! Clean, quick, organized and far under bid competitors. Dan Parks is a great guy and a former major and minor league baseball player. He does it all and I won't use anyone else!"

"I hired company for some minor home repairs noted in a home inspection. I was surprised when three workers showed up for tasks that I believed one handyman could easily have managed. Affordable Proffesional Home Improvement company are capable of repairing anything a homeowner would need repaired...because they are actually construction contractors. However, as I discussed w/Dervin/owner after I paid him $300.00 for the repairs, his fees exceeded the rate that I've paid handymen in the past for minor home repairs. This was the first time that I've used the services of this company, and I admit that I was remiss when not asking for an estimate of repairs before they did the work. The $300.00 was for labor only as I purchased all materials before they arrived.
I will definately hire this company in the future because their work ethics and quality is outstanding, but he and I agreed that we'll agree on a price up front so that we will both be satisfied.

"Chris is super nice and very professional and knowledgeable. He took care of a somewhat difficult access to my attic and put everything back as he found it. I don't have a large attic, but he spent over 45 minutes checking every nook and crannie! Afterwards, he showed me pictures of areas that could use more insulation and a leak in the AC duct that I had suspected. I have asked him for an estimate to complete this work. I think he is very reliable, reasonable in suggestions and costs and will do a great job!

"Daniel came to repair my toilet and did an awesome job. He was supposed to return the following day to repair the other toilet and put in a filter to my refrigerator. When I never got a phone call I called him and texted him to find out that he was at the hospital due to a family emergency. His work is fine, but I would have appreciated a telephone call to let me know why he didn't show up and why he didn't bother to call me."
