Work was done in a timely manner and on an agreed schedule with punctual crew arrivals and generally reasonable cleanup at the end of each work day.

The project proceeded reasonably smoothly and in an acceptable time frame considering our change orders during the work. The contractor provided important guidance on certain newer building code requirements that conflicted with our original plan and helped us work out an acceptable result.
