"Very pleased with EcoWater Systems. Marcus came out to our house to explain our options based on our water quality. We have very hard water, which we knew, so we didn't qualify for the water softener that was only $1200.00, however, he still had a coupon for several hundred dollars off of another system. We had already shopped for systems and knew this was a fair price. We felt he gave an honest presentation and was not a hard sell or pushed us to up-sell, which we liked. He did offer additional  products and services but when we decided against them, he did not push us. The installation was scheduled two days later (per our schedule, he could have had it next day). The installer, Dave, was very professional. He clearly explained the process prior to the start, cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished, and gave a very good brief explanation of the product and what we would need to do (which turns out to be nothing because their route maintenance is extremely reasonable and we signed up for it). We have only had the system for one day but everything they told us worked just as expected. I saved some water from the tap prior to the install to compare with after the install and the difference was amazing! So far, we can already tell the difference in drinking quality, laundry and showers. The fact that the regeneration water is beneficial to our yard (potassium) is just one more added benefit! I would definitely recommend the company and the product.

"I scheduled our initial appointment with Wayne at Independent's office.

Between us we ran into several scheduling conflicts that caused the appointment

to be changed a few times. Each time Wayne was very prompt in notifying me of the issue and we soon had a mutually

agreeable appointment scheduled.

This morning Mike and Dominic arrived exactly on time, always a good sign.

They walked through both parts of our courtyard home, took a few room measurements and then headed up to the attic.

Within an hour they had analyzed our somewhat poorly designed system, located

the problem (dual dampers installed by the builder in one oversized supply duct

leading to the guest cabana), and corrected it. Already our guest cabana is about 10-12 degrees cooler than it has been for the last two years!!

Mike and Dominic were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional even putting on shoe protectors each time before entering our home.

This is the second time Mike has worked on our system and we will happily recommend Independent A/C to our friends and family.

As my husband said: "PURE POOLS DID MORE work in two weeks than the former company did in a year."  So, true.  We had hired another company whose family has been in the pool business in this area for MANY years to do the following:  resurface the pool and spa, install a new cage, install a spa heater, level out the pool deck and coat it, there were some other small tasks as well.  Well it suffices to say that in a year, they did not finish the job and what they did do was shoddy work.  The only good work was the pool cage and that was because they sub-contracted that ... and they did not pay the sub!

No matter your situation, you cannot find a better pool company than Pure Pools.  Jimmy and his team are the best and they work harder than any group of people.  They are skilled, conscientious, attentive to detail, always available for questions, informative and always helpful in helping you accomplish what you want/need on a budget you can afford.  They came in a clearned up the mess of the other pool company that we took to court (and won) and did a great job on our pool/spa/deck.  It has never looked or functioned so well.  Equally important, they came in and did it all on budget in two weeks as promised.  The owner, Jimmy, was either on-site or called me EVERYDAY to check on the project and to make sure we were pleased with the work.  He is very knowledgeable about pools and pool equipment, as is his staff and they all did a wonderful job.

Fafco coordinated scheduling the work well with the roofer, and did a great job of installing the skylights, even though there were some issues to deal with due to roof truss location and our preferred location of the skylights in the ceiling.  The owner and the worker were pleasant to deal with, informative, and knowledgeable.  When a small leak developed inside one skylight tube after the first heavy rain, They came out and fixed it quickly.  In the 10 months since the skylights were installed we have had no problems with them.  This is a family owned business, and the current owner, third generation, grew up in the business. I highly recommend them for this type of work!
