I think it was a lightning strike and my fan went out. I called and after a couple short easy questions we had an appointment! Lannis called and confirmed scheduled time and gave an ETA! Appointment date was ASAP later same day! He was on time and professional. After only a few minutes I was told that the fan was bad but also shown a pile of MELTED wires and components! I was assured it was fixable!!! Within no time it was totally rebuilt and fan installed!!! Super impressed! After a thorough test and cleaning up they were off!!! I really thought the Invoice was extremely fair! Especially after all the additional work! And they had everything with them and no trips to the supply house!!! I am a tradesman and I was SUPER impressed with the service I received from scheduling to completion!!! 110% Recommend!!!
