everything they promised they produced
they came back when we had a tiny problem they fixed it immediately and didn’t charge us. They installed two mini split systems for us and I’m about to have third one installed
we would not be afraid to recommend them to anyone !!!!

Phillips Family Air Conditioning lived up to its promise of treating customers with honesty and integrity. When our fan motor went out on an old system, Craig provided a detailed estimate and walked us through all the options in a pressure-free sales process. They were able to get a new system installed in a few days and took time to make sure the system was operating optimally. Alan, Craig, and the team worked hard and communicated clearly throughout the process.

Our AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should. Alan and his team came to our house, service our unit, changed all of our filters and we now living in a comfortably cool home.. thanks for your honestly and knowledge! Phillips family air is on the top of list if we need them!!!

New ac unit that was installed incorrectly with the duct work. Came and showed me all the flaws of the original install and where we are having issues. He was able to fix it in a timely manner and get everything sealed properly! He did such great work that I referred him to my parents as well who has now used him for an ac install and service work! Would highly recommend this company!

My house was always so hot even with a newer AC unit but when Phillips Family Air replaced my duct work and installed a mini split, my house is finally comfortable! Not only did they make my house feel cool, but they were the friendliest and most respectful crew I’ve ever hired. Had the AC go out in the middle of the day, and I have a medically fragile family member who cannot handle the heat. Phillips Family AC was able to be there within a few hours and fixed it for half of what we were quoted elsewhere

I cannot say enough about Philip’s Family AC! I needed a new unit and Alan explained the brand he was installing, I didn’t know what I didn’t know! Knowledgeable, informative, respective of my property, I was truly impressed with his professionalism. I will refer everyone to him because I know of the lack of expertise out in the streets. Thank you for keeping my house cool. Don’t hesitate to call Alan if you need an install or maintenance on a unit. He’ll be your AC guy for life!
