"Well where do I begin... right from the start, I knew this was going to be a great company to do business with. Hugh promptly reached out to me after requesting an AC install estimate and quoted me a very reasonable price for the exact specifications I was looking for in an AC unit. He came by the house and went over everything that would be involved in the project and put my mind at ease. He scheduled the project within a great time frame and even made accommodations for me when I decided to move my timeline up. His technicians called me the morning of the project to let me know they were on the way. They were very prompt, professional, and courteous. The install was completed within the time quoted and turned out so nice. I canâ t stress how professional the techs were. I highly recommend Hughâ s Air for your AC needs."

"The install went fantastic. Chuck did an incredible job and I would highly recommend him for any work needed."

"Justin worked extremely hard to make this process seamless for me. He matched all his competitors and performed the install within 48 hours. I recommend this company!!"

"Reliable, knowledgeable, and honest. Kyle first serviced my rental property, but noticed a major flaw in my system that he explained and was able to adjust/fix same day: saving me significantly in my monthly bill. Hired him to look at my personal property, in which he was able to diagnose an installation defect two other companies couldn’t find. Thoroughly explained the issue, my options without any pressure and then was able to repair same day. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines exceptional skill, integrity, and customer service so seamlessly. I can confidently say this call resulted in the best service experiences I’ve ever had. If you want quality work done right the first time by a licensed professional that genuinely cares, I highly recommend Titan. They have absolutely earned my trust and future business."

"Customer service was great. Angela quickly got my problem identified by Chris . Parts had to be ordered and temp inside was 80 degrees . Cole came the day the part came in and had me up and cooling in short amount of time. Chris came by to check out I was satisfied! Best team I’ve seen in a long time ! Highly recommend them !"

"Very professional and nice gentleman took care of all my needs and fixed my AC"

"Okay, this will be one of the easiest reviews to write. Short version, upstairs A/C went out with some kind of electrical error which I?ve had for years whenever I experience a pwr surge. Most times I can reset the breaker and it magically fixes itself. Sadly, not this time. Mid-day, summer and it?s bad. Fortunately, I?m have a service plan with 5 flags whereby whenever something goes wrong with my system, it sends a report to 5 Flags. I checked my voicemail and had a call from Chris (the owner) asking if all is well, checked with my daughter who said A/C was out. Called Chris back and within an hr, Lucas is at the door. Just to quickly touch on this point, summertime and Friday, Lucas arrived inside of an hr and within 20 minutes found the problem, fixed it and tested the unit. He showed me the poor contact between wires which has likely existed for years. Massive headache gone. All credit to Lucas for finding and solving the problem."

"The main office was very receptive to my problem and had a serviceman out to my home promptly. The issues were identified and a new unit was recommended. The unit was installed the next morning, the process was painless and efficient. Highly recommended"
