"Fantastic customer service and quality. We had an issue with our front door and they responded with a fix within a couple hours. And a fair price! Do yourself a favor, give them a call if you're in need"

"Wonderful communication, on time and prepared. He was able to fix several important items that no one else wanted to mess with, built and installed a terrific closet system. He is SMART and PRACTICAL! He also is not afraid to tell you if a job is not within his scope of work. I am so grateful to have a place to hang my clothes, and a front door that no longer has a 12” broken frame letting all the cold air in. I am very happy and highly recommend Billy."

"My AC unit had completely went out and I had been without an AC for a few days. Mr Craddock came out very quickly and gave me a very reasonable estimate for new unit installation and installed it just as fast. Great customer service, very professional and very knowledgeable. "I have used Pancho Landscaping for a few years to mow, weedeat, debris temoval on my property. He was recommended by my real estate agent who uses his services for her properties. Francisco and his crew are excellent, professional, and always do a great yard. During the growing season, I never have to call him. He just shows up every two weeks and gets the yard in shape. I revently used him and his crew to remove some bad wood trim from the front of my house. They replaved the trim, caulked, power washed the surfaces, and repainted..all at a fair price. I am very glad to have been introduced to Francisco and his company. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing his services. 5 STARS ?????..ALL THE WAY!!!"

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Probably not. Many imitation nests are meant to be hung from trees or other tall places, but not all yellow jackets nest up high—most species, such as the common yellow jacket and the southern yellow jacket, build nests in the ground.

Bees usually have thicker, fuzzy bodies, while wasps have slender, smooth bodies. Behavior and nesting also differ.

Alongside selecting the best bait for an iguana trap, the location, position, and timing play a part. If the lizards have a burrow in your yard or regularly take the same route, place the trap there during the day. Iguanas are diurnal and most active during the day. A shady spot is best to keep the animal comfortable. And don’t forget to pick a level surface or stabilize the trap with a brick—iguanas are less likely to enter if it’s wobbly.

Yes, bats can cause quite a bit of damage to the attic. Their weight and movement from flying around can damage insulation, and they can chew through wiring and the walls. As if this isn’t enough, they leave their droppings throughout, which carry harmful bacteria and is dangerous for humans to breathe in, not to mention the extremely foul-smelling odor.

This depends on if their needs are being met. They'll likely return night after night if they have access to food, water, and adequate shelter. If this changes, they’ll look for another roosting spot. This is why bright lights and other dissuading factors often work when removing bats from a property.
