It turns out they'd been eaten through by rats in the attic for who knows how many years, had been pouring cool/hot air/$$$s into the attic, and mold everywhere. The guys came back, did a terrific job of replacing resealing, and scrubbing everything. Then they came back and blew insulation where it should be up to, as opposed to below the ceiling joists. My electric bills are already $30 below where they were last year, and the A/C unit is thanking them. They explained every step, answered every question, and YECH. Had pictures documenting all of it. Nobody else will ever touch the HVAC in this house. I can't thank them enough."

"The insulation went great. The technicians worked hard very friendly and knew what they were doing. The only issue is the company told me I had to ment the inspector . I said what? I’ve been a contractor for years in Florida and myself or manager ment with the inspector I have never put that on the person I sold my services to. Why would this ever be told to do from a company that I paid to do the job? It’s too bad it left a bad taste in my mouth. That will make me think twice before hiring another contractor and ask more questions. This is wrong as I would never tell a client to sit and wait for the inspector. It’s the companies responsibility! Not a good end to the work at all."
