My name is Charlie Lopez. I am 39 years old and a Panama City native. I have worked with several contractors doing anything from pressure washing to tearing off and installing roofs. "Most of the large items had already been moved out by a larger company. There were several items that he disposed of and made 3 deliveries on our behalf. He took a dinning room table to a location and went out of his way to do that. He also took the bulk of the items to habitat for humanity to donate the furniture that my mother didn't want anymore. The last thing he did was took all the items that were junk and took them to the trash for us. He did a great job and for the price I would recommend him. He went out of his way and adjusted his schedule for us."

They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day. Kind of an unusual item to deliver so was concerned about the glass, scratching, damage. Again, 5-star handling and very pleased!!"

"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."
