They require all customers to purchase a specific mop and bucket, it was $50 on top of the cleaning.

They clean my short term rental in Florida, I live in Michigan, and I never have to worry about my place! My tenants always compliment how clean my place is! This is my second cleaning and I am very impressed with the attention to detail. My concerns they take seriously and address them. My dog sheds and I cannot stand hair on my floors or anywhere. Plus he slobbers on everything! I have changed to every week cleaning now and I know they will do the same quality of work each time.

Katherine and crew hands down are the best in the business. I always get 5 stars on Airbnb for cleanliness. They are very flexible and go above and beyond to do other things if needed since I live out of town such as dry cleaning and getting extra toiletries, etc. You won't be disappointed.
