Bathtub was installed, but water to washer services was disconnected and is non working. They haven't returned my phone calls. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

"We have done no work for this man. He is not even in our computer system. We have been in business for over 45 years, and we would never install a bathtub without hooking up the water and drain to it! He must have the wrong company."

He explained the problem and how to fix it. He explained all the steps he would have to do and just how long we would be without water. He gave us a written estimate and we agreed right then. He fixed the leak, replaced the piping and we were only without water for a short while.

After receiving an estimate (flat rate fees) from another company that we felt was just out of line for the scope of work, we went on Angie's List for a second opinion. Read the excellent reviews for Whitehead so called and got on the schedule. Larry came on time, actually able to come a little earlier to work with our schedule. He listened, explained, and gave us pricing. Larry also took a part back to the shop to repair saving us money. Whitehead Plumbing is the only company we will call in the future. The quality of work and the fair pricing based on time and materials vs flat fee makes this a company a pleasure to work with.

Perfect! Lonnie quickly diagnosed problem and fixed everything. Toilets are rock solid now. And what I thought was a leaking faucet was actually a drain leak, which is also now fixed. We are very pleased and will call Whitehead for all future issues. Highly recommend.

Very professional, even when they ran into two quandries with one shower head that was "jerry-rigged" by previous home owners. The second problem involved the drain in guest bath. Both took extended time, dealt with patience an extreme effort. The only extra cost was for a small hidden item not expected to be needed. Would definitely use them again and refer anyone to use this company. Thank you for your work, the Draegers
