"I have an 80 year old house with solid white oak flooring that TPA Hardwood restored back to their glory days. We had termite and water damaged areas that Mr. RIOS and his crew were able to replace perfectly with the rest of the house. They were on time and very professional and they kept me informed thru out the scope of the work till the very end. They went above and beyond, and we trusted Ed, with the house while we were away on vacation, and he treated like it was his own. The floors came out amazing!!!!! "Joe did a fantastic job power cleaning my tile floors and coloring the grout. I picked the wrong color for the grout and he brought it to my attention that it didn't look very good. He called Kim and she drove to my house to deliver a color that would work better. It turned out great. Joe and Kim go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the work. I highly recommend their service."

"Very hard-working owner. Estimate competitive. Pavers have to have several layers of sealer removed. The final cost would have been more than estimated because the extra product is needed. The pool was not covered very well so some of the cleaners went in our pool. I would definitely recommend hiring them for their work ethic and knowledge of stone."
