Spring Clean

I had Cindy and her team come to my house for a deep spring cleaning and was very impressed with the job that they did. The price was affordable, the cleaning supplies that they used were top notch and the cleaning was very thorough. I would highly recommend Spring Clean.

Cindy, owner, was very prompt getting back to me to set up walk through, schedule cleaning day, and a return visit after house was cleaned. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when they cleaned. I left payment on the counter. When I arrived home, I couldn't believe what a horrible job they did. Shower tile wasn't touched, was told they'd need a razor blade to scrape off soap scum! I was insulted that she thought I was so stupid. Never have I heard of using a razor on tile. I bought CLR tile was sparkling with one swipe of a rag. Stainless steel appliances were all streaky, under beds weren't vacuumed (I placed water bottles underneath them as a test), light fixtures were streaky, storm door was dirty, the living room tables weren't even dusted. Cindy and 2 others cleaned my 1400 sq ft unit. 3 people for a little over 3 hrs. was $300! And I left a $60 tip. For this price I had very high expectations. My full time residence is in IL, I get my 3500 sq ft home, not including a finished basement, which is also cleaned, by 1 wonderful girl, every two weeks for $100, and it sparkles. Can't believe cleaning prices are so high in FL. Do not hire this company!

Basically they don't clean in the summer because I'm not here, but while I'm here in the winter, they are my cleaning company and I think they are great, they are wonderful.

The owner of Spring Clean, Cindy Springston, came to my home and we agreed on what would be done at what price. On the day of my cleaning appointment, a crew of three very professional young ladies arrived on time and promptly went to work. As I am a snowbird, my home had been closed for about 6 months. These young ladies co-ordinated with each other and worked together so that when they were done my home was sparkeling clean, top to bottom. Mid-way thru the job, Cindy checked in with me in person to be sure all was going well and to be sure I was satisfied with the work being done. I am so pleased with their professionalism and the quality of their work that I will be using their services for the winter and plan on having them open my home for me next fall as well.

The owner comes in and gives an estimate and lets you know how long they will be there. I have them come once a week with three people. They are in and out with in an hour. They are very good at what they do. The price is great.

Cindy Springtson/Owner and a crew of five showed up and did a fabulous job for us. I interviewed several cleaning services in the area and Cindy stood out above the rest. She made a 'quote' appointment with me to walk through the house. She was early and was almost through with her work up when I arrived. She was very thorough and I knew exactly what work would be done for the quote. Cleaning day arrived and Cindy and crew showed on time, ready to work, with a smile on their faces. The windows were so clean you couldn't tell there was glass in them. Amazing! Everything was spotless and we were able to move in that night! I would recommend this service to anyone.
