We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect. The team was prompt and on time, and the job was finished faster than expected. We love our beautiful new deck, and wholeheartedly recommend JC’s Contracting. Thank you, Jose!"

He said he needed a different part that he didn?t have on hand and advised to just buy a whole new fire pit. He never disassembled the mechanism under the fire pit to see what the issue was. The ?Repairman? was also there for only a half hour. According to two separate fire pit repair services the fire pit should have been disassembled to see what was actually malfunctioning. I emailed to company have never received a response. This company is preying on older retirees in The Villages and other local retirement communities."

In fact the first floor unit was removed from the garage floor (It took up so much space my car would not fit in the garage) and installed over the entry door. They use wide filters which was important to control the dust as we renovated our home. They are available if a problem crops up and prompt to handle it. We appreciate them and are happy to recommend them."
