When I called to get my money back he refused and now will not even return my calls. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

"I am very sorry you feel this way Ms. [Member Name Removed]. We checked with our parts supplier before ordering your board on November 10th to make sure we ordered the correct board, and gave you a 3 month warranty upon installation. When you felt that you were having the same issue, instead of calling us to come back out, you chose to contact a different appliance repair company. When you finally called us, we ordered a new board and replaced it as soon as it came in, on December 3rd. At that time, we explained there was a secondary issue, but you didn't want to have the work done. We also explained that there would be no warranty because another company tampered with the original board. Today you called, over a month after the second replacement, to state this new board must be bad again because you are having the same issue and you wanted a new board. I explained to you again that this is no longer under warranty. And you continued to call over and over today while I was assisting other customers. Once home, we contacted you today but you no longer wanted to discuss the situation and hung up the phone. I also can assure you that I am respectful to customers and never curse in front of or at my customers. I also always return my calls, although it may take me awhile due to my work load."
Update: 2 days later the refrigerator problem I had returned. Jake came back as soon as I called him and determined the part he had replace was apparently defective. Unusual, but it happens. Jake honored his warranty to the fullest and did not charge me a dime for the return visit. It's been almost a month now and I could not be happier!

I appreciate their service and they saved me money by saving my appliance. I will keep their number stored for any appliance repair needs I have in the future. Since they also service home heating and cooling systems, I will more than likely call them now if I need help in that area.

I called Johnson's first thing in the AM and they put me on as their 2nd stop, saying, and quot;I know exactly what the problem is.and quot; This father and son team arrived on time, after a call to tell me they were on the way, and immediately began working on the problem.
As the son worked on my frig, with periodic help from his father when needed, dad explained what the problem was and that it was a common problem with this type of refrigerator. They both agreed that once cleared, the problem may never return, or it might, it is just hard to predict. Either way, it is a design problem not only with this make, but generally with this style of refrigerator.
I watched as they worked and quickly came to realize that, while no parts were needed, this repair required not only specific knowledge to access the problem, but special tools to effect repair.
Because of the complexity of accessing the drain, the repair took about 1.5 hours, and while I learned about my refrigerator, I also learned some things from this owner about our area that, even having lived here for 26 years, had never heard.
The only reason I rated them a and quot;Band quot; for Price is that I tend to be on the and quot;cheapand quot; side of things and really have no basis for accurately evaluating the cost. I'm sure many would think the repair cost was very reasonable.
They are reliable, reasonable and I'll call them again, if the need arises.
CJ took one look at the freezer, where we had ice on all the food under the ice maker and knew exactly what caused the problem.
He had a universal model in his van, and fixed it right away. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. We will certainly call Johnson appliance again if we have any problems in the future.
Was able to get to our problem the day after I called him. He arrived approx. 1 hour early. He advised that if it was the compressor it would be just as cheap to buy a new fridge than to buy a new compressor. He went about trouble shooting and advised us that if what he found wrong did not fix the problem, then we would be better off buying a new fridge. He went back to his truck and got the repair item, installed it and it worked.
The company is very reliable and also very very busy. While he was at our house he received 3 more calls for service.
He carried the part that we needed where as most Home Warranty Companies, have someone come to trouble shoot the problem, then have to get permission to replace the item then they order the part and have to return. All this
time you go without whatever you need fixing.Licensing
