I was very happy with the maintenance & repair on my AC. Their tech Chris C was very nice & professional. A 5 star for Chris. But I would NOT recommend them for the AC whole house vent cleaning. The techs left debris from each vent and did not put plastic down or under the big vac. Leaving me with alot of cleanup and some soil on my new rug. They were nice. But not careful of my home. The tech offered to vac. But I was upset and said I will take care of it. As it was over a grand for 7 vents and unit cleaning. I expected better So I gave them the 3.5 star rating.

I had an emergency repair situation on a holiday weekend. They were very prompt in responding and a technician came out within hours. He was so courteous and professional, explaining everything that he was doing and giving me options to help me save money. I was extremely pleased with this service!

The customer service was outstanding! They let me know every step of the way when the tech would be here, and even e-mailed a picture of him with a little bios I would know who to expect. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, and did not try to talk me into what I could not afford. Would recommend Comfort Temp time and again.

I feel at ease with Comfort Temp. I asked some very Technical questions, got the information I needed. Yes, Comfort Temp helped me find out why the ceiling vents were sweeting. The outside venting system was not working anymore. The Tech recommended I remove the Old System. I did, and now my inside Temp is now maintaining a steady 74 degrees. Before day time Temp inside was 80 degrees. Yeah; it was not fun. Finally got some answers to why the last owner sold this home. I am finally getting the inside Temp to Maintain a Steady 74. Happy Now. Disabled Veterans can not be getting over heated. Again, Thanks.
