Great job!

This was our 2nd tile job with Antonio and the quality of work was great. 275 sf of 47” tiles. He did the demo, floor prep, install, and grouting all in 2 days. Our patio looks awesome! I highly recommend him.

Wonderful! Every problem that Antonio ran into, and there were many, he communicated with me, and proceeded to efficiently take care of it. The results were gorgeous!

Antonio did a great job updating our bathroom with new tile in the shower, bathroom walls and bathroom floor. This is the second time we have used Antonio and he is an expert in his field.

Antonio does amazing work. We have hired him for several jobs and we have always been pleased with his exceptional work. He’s professional, trustworthy and always delivers exactly what he tells you. Will definitely to hire him for any future work!

A+. Antonio and Tonin were absolutely incredible! Very honest, caring, and meticulous in their detail for expert craftmanship. Antonio performed amazing tile work and Tonin was also outstanding in all is preparation of the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done. Tonin went above and beyond what I would expect any contractor to do and treated my home as if it was his home. I cannot say enough about how great they are. My wife and I look forward to hiring them again in the next few months for our Master Bath remodel.

I am not one who generally writes reviews. However, after having Antonio and his son-in-law Tonin, of Idea Tile, install approx. 1250 sq. ft of large porcelain tile in my home I had to make an exception. On every level, they are superb. Their workmanship is exceptional but equally important to me was their attentiveness, helpfulness and attitude, especially when problems arose (which they always do). It was obvious that all they wanted to do was please me - and they did. I'm truly grateful for their help in getting me through a very stressful time and all I can say is the the end result was worth it. Thank you Antonio and Tonin.

Antonio is a true craftsman and professional. He did everything meticulously well - from the planning and prep work, to the precise installation of a specific tile pattern I wanted, the vanity installation, and even cleanup. We live in a older home and there were a few issues we ran into along the way. Antonio was able to handle everything that came up, worked longer hours in order to get the job done on time, and the finished product is beautiful. I would definitely recommend him!

Antonio and his son-in-law Tonin did a phenomenal job remodeling our master bathroom. Our master bathroom was gutted including new tile floors, new shower, new free standing bathtub, new vanity and toilet. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result. I think finding reliable contractors to do work on your house is difficult. However, Antonio and Tonin were great. They were always were there when they said they would be there and gave us an estimated time frame and did all they could to stick to it. As with any remodel there are always unforeseen things that come up, but they were always handled promptly and professionally. This is the second time we have hired them to work on our house and will be glad to bring them back for another home improvement project. They are very reasonable with their prices and the quality of there work is second to none. If it were possible I would five them higher ratings.

Antonio and Toni did a great job tiling my bathroom, so I didn't hesitate to call them back when I needed some work done in my kitchen. I needed some tilework done in front of my dishwasher. The original kitchen tile had been covered with another layer of tile so the dishwasher couldn't be removed. I had to chip away tile/concrete to get my broken dishwasher out. I called Antonio to fix the area I chipped away. Toni came out yesterday. He called ahead and gave an eta, which was helpful. Toni was very upfront and honest! Knowing very little about tile myself, he could have easily lied and done some useless patchwork. We spent about 20-30 minutes thinking about different options. He eventually told me that my best option would be to get a smaller dishwasher to work out the height difference in my floor. There wasn't any other option. Again, could have lied and scammed me or walk in, say nothing could be done, and left quickly, but instead stayed a while. When I get my smaller-height dishwasher I will be calling them to fix the tile.

Antonio was wonderful. Very professional. Very diligent and a real perfectionist. Takes the time to do it right. A real craftsman! Very hard to find these days. Would highly recommend him In fact 2 of my friends hired him after my job. I will definitely call him again for my next project.

Outstanding; provided great solution and executed flawlessly

Antonio did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very careful and made every effort to keep the dust and mess to an absolute minimum and there basically was none to speak of. He cleaned the area as he went along to ensure there would me no mess and he even brought plastic drop cloths which we used to cover a ceiling fixture and a couch. He is very professional, courteous and takes great pride in his work. We would highly recommend him for any tile job and we are very glad we found him.

I could not be happier with the work and final product!. If you are looking for quality workmanship - Idea Tile (Antonio) is the contractor to pick. AMAZING attention to detail made the results stunning. My 1979 bathroom (formerly baby blue tile) did not have plumb/level walls or ceilings even after shimming out the studs (my work) so to get the tile to look right (horizontal lines/vertical lines and even size tile) Antonio corrected with his installation magic. Antonio was on-time, fair, polite, informative, and worked literally from 8am to 8pm - for a 4 day installation with 4 different tile types used in the project. Great job and I plan to bring him back for additional work (the baby pink guest bathroom)!

To save some money on this project, I previously removed carpet and pad from the front-entry foyer and rear patio (carpet wasn't allowed on balcony patios in condos anyway). I also removed the carpet tack strips from the concrete floor in those areas myself. And I purchased the tile and grout from Home Depot myself and hauled them up to the condo beforehand. I was glad I did not purchase the tile until after Antonio came to do the estimate. He brought to my attention a couple of things I had not considered. First of all the unevenness of the concrete floor was going to make it super-difficult to achieve a "level" appearance with the 12'' x 24" (staggered) tile I had planned to use. Antonio strongly advised a square tile in this situation, so I switched to an 18" x 18" ceramic tile. Also, he brought to my attention that to meet modern building codes, a soundproof barrier would be required (for condo apts. higher than 1st floor) underneath the tile in the kitchen and front-entry foyer. I had not considered this, but he is correct. In some cases the soundproof barrier costs more per sq. ft. than the tile. Antonio was professional, showed up on time and did great work. He took extra precautions to keep tile dust to a minimum. Every tile installation job is truly a custom installation because of the unevenness of floors and walls (even the concrete step-up to the sliding glass doors was "wavy"). That is why you want a true artisan like Antonio. With careful use of levels and mortar and custom tile cuts, he will make the unevenness "disappear." He is Italian and he is passionate about his work!

Fantastic. I needed Antonio because the people I hired to do it never showed up - twice! I called him in the morning and he was at my house that evening to give me an estimate. Not only was the price extremely fair, but his work is fantastic. He found all kind of issues with the old drywall (warped) that the other company never even mentioned. He also fixed all the electrical outlets as they were mounted incorrectly. His end product was beautiful and worth far more than he charged me. I would absolutely use him again and recommend him to any needing tile work.

We found Antonio on Angie's list and called him to get a quote to tile our master bathroom. Antonio arrived on time, and gave us the only reasonable quote we had gotten. He also explained in detail what he needed to do, and the difference in price if we took different options. We tried to save money by doing the demolition ourselves, but it took too long, so Antonio finished it up. Our walls were not straight or plumb, and we changed the design a couple of times, but Antonio was flexible and professional, and was able to meet any challenge. He always came when he said he would, and he did not give us any surprise charges. He always cleaned up the area, and tried to make as little dust as possible. As if professionalism and diligence were not enough, Antonio is also a perfectionist. He does the math and plans every move so that every single tile is perfectly matched, and straight. The bathroom looks fabulous. We could not be more pleased.

The quality of his work is OUTSTANDING!!! He came in on time, on budget and we felt very comfortable having him in our home... He is a real pro!!!
