They had an issue with trying to install one of the vanities due to the plumbing and I knew even though I had paid them in full that they would show up the next day to finish the job - they were that kind of contractor that I knew they would come back even though they were paid. You don't find that ever!!! I knew from the moment Chad walked in the door to give me an estimate that I wanted to work with his company. "He did not complete the job properly by returning the following day to remove the excess grout. Before the thin set was dry and soon after applying the tile and grout a small attempt was made by him to remove excess grout. The result is the grout line is thicker than 1/8 inch and is not a smooth uniform line. Very rippled and thick and bumpy. I was told after nearly 9 hours of work, that I would have to rub the grout off the tiles, the next day myself. Apparently he did not want to return and wanted to complete a 2-day job in one day, I recommend this issue be gotten in writing. On the other hand he was knowledgeable, on time, friendly, helpful and, fairly priced. I am a female senior citizen but I had previous experiences in other homes with how the job should be done."
