Steve and his crew scheduled visits and showed up to complete the work. Steve gave us critical advice and enlisted the help of a structural engineer so our project would be completed to building code requirements and most importantly structural sound. We are pleased and thankful for Steveâ  s work on our home and would recommend him to others who want to have home improvements done the right way.

We are in New Smyrna Beach. We have a 2 story duplex townhome. In searching for a qualified structural contractor we found Steve Liese. The job was to replace the water-compromised and crumbling concrete garage header lintel. In addition, there was extensive trim work and interior finishing. The job required a few rounds of P/E drawings and extensive review by the city before, during, and after as it is a 2 story structure with an adjoining neighbor. In the end, a brick-like stucco finish would have to match what was there. All went very well. Steve Liese has a good working relationship with NSB and that was the difference! Job finished Sept. 2022.

Another great project completed by Steven and his crew. Everything came out perfect and we couldnâ t be happier. Cannot specify enough about the attention to detail. He will definitely be the only contractor we ever call for any of our projects. Thank you Steve and general contracting and remodeling. We have already forwarded his contact to many of our friends and family.

This company is a total Fake I hire them in Aug of last year and paid $2500 down once the contract was signed and a year later nothing was done. Still waiting to find them on home advisor.

"I have never been to Groveland FL. And never met Robert B! An imposter falsely stated they were my company and I would bet they never gave this man a business card. I will notify the police as well as the State Attorney I only work in the New Smyrna Beach area. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS CRIMINAL ATTACK ON MY COMPANY BY A MAN THAT NEVER HAD A SIGNED CONTRACT AND I NEVER ENDORSED A CHECK FROM THIS MAN. A CONVICTED FELON BY THE NAME OF JOSEPH LEVY GOT A CHECK FROM THE OWNER WITHOUT A SIGNED CONTRACT AND REDEEMED THE MONEY. PLUS ADDITIONAL FUNDS. I COULD FILE LIBEL CHARGES AND DEFAMATION BUT I FEEL SORRY FOR SOMEONE WHO FILES A FRAUDULENT COMPLAINT AND NOT KNOWING THE TRUE FACTS. I PAID THIS MAN THE $2500 PLUS INTEREST HE IS OVERPAID NOTE THAT THE POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR THIS CRIMINAL ANGI LEADS IS THE COMPANY THAT WAS WELL AWARE THAT THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER SGNED BY ANY PARTY AND IS THEREFORE NOT VALAID."
