I have hired Tingles for a metal sunroom painting and screen replacement as well as exterior house washing. Horas was very prompt in responding and inspection with a very reasonable quote. Raheem did an excellent job with the paint and the whole crew was very punctual with the delivery. Sandra their office manager also did great coordinating the required tasks. Id definetly recommend them.

They were willing to do the unexpected the day the house was painted. They also installed a door that was needed and lights. It looks nice. They were very timely with my schedule. You should hire them for your next painting job!

Working with this company was a complete disaster and a very disappointing experience to say the least. They didnt meet the timeline, they didn't complete the work, leaving our home a mess, much of the work unfinished and damages throughout. From the beginning, surfaces were not adequately prepped causing damage and paint splatter to go all over our home. Additionally, work was done without any attention to detail, painters did not sand or clean surfaces at any point, they painted over dust, bumps and blemishes, cutting around light covers and door hardware, resulting in a sloppy finish and requiring extensive cleanup and damages. The painting crew was understaffed, given unrealistic deadlines and often criticized by the owners for not getting enough done, being pressured to finish the job quickly and move on to the next, resulting in an uncomfortable work dynamic and causing them to rush and compromise quality by taking shortcuts. Much of the scheduled work was never started, and of the work that was started, the majority was never completed. Namely, the master closet, master bathroom, pantry door and frame, sliding door frame, garage, baseboards, stairway, railing, kitchen. Many of the doors that were painted need to be sanded and repainted, lots of the brand new door hardware installed is covered in plaint splatter, and some of the walls and rooms that were considered completed, still have the old paint showing and will require an additional coat. I encourage anyone thinking to hire this company to thoroughly research and read the other one and two star reviews, as it seems other home owners are in the same predicament. We have contacted the office on more than one occasion asking for insurance information and have not heard back yet. I may post another update if and when I hear back.

Our inspection did not reveal all the discrepancies you have mentioned and furthermore, the work environment was reported by our employees to be hostile and discriminatory. We had to take into consideration the mental health and well-being of all involved. Hence the reason why on June 22, 2021 we sent a formal letter to discontinue any further services for your location. Tingle Painting, LLC is recognized for providing high standards of quality work and we are also known to go above and beyond for the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we will not collect for the balance due on the work completed, which is 80% and 30% above your deposit. Please contact the office if you need assistance with any other arrangements. We wish you well."
