"I’ve used many contractors over decades of home ownership. I put One of a Kind Carpenter at the top for quality and value. It started with Dale who was friendly and efficient getting me the quote. Then she promptly got me the revisions as I modified the scope of work until we arrived at a final plan. One of the other things I liked was that Chad, the owner, did not just give me what I asked for; he made suggestions that made the project better. The workmanship was overseen either by himself or by his son. They know what they are doing. We did a 10’ x 1’ bump out wall covered in stone. Instead of using sheetrock like another contractor wanted to do, Chad used Durock to support the weight. They even hand cut the 90 degree stone side corners up to the 12’ ceiling. It was refreshing not to have a single problem with their workmanship. For materials, he did not do cost plus but gave me the receipts and only charged me what he paid. He did a few extra things that needed to be done without charging extra. They are true professionals not demanding an upfront deposit to cover the materials as lesser contractors do. They finished the project quickly too! This new bump out wall has given us pleasure every single day since its completion. I highly recommend One of a Kind Carpenter."

"Stephen was so easy to work with. He had some great ideas that we did not even think of that really made our new bathroom pop! he was here when he said he would be, he missed a day but came on a Saturday to make it up. Cleaned up every day. We took the bathroom down to the studs and he built the walls out with better, stronger lumber, did NOT cut corners even though it was clear he was very busy. He was done when he said he would be even though we asked him to do a little more. He was not the least expensive but, I believe he was fairly priced. top quality work. I am hoping I can get him to remodel our Kitchen next year. He worked with me to get the job sized right so I could afford it and he would be able to do a great job. Great guy, great workers, and we love the completed project."

"Great contractor. Always approachable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Crews were very professional as well as knowledgeable The timeline was kept on track. Any little speed bumps were handled ASAP. Very happy with Ann, Barkley, Joe, Austin and Chris. Stucco crew and epoxy guys did a stellar job as well. The patio reconstruction went well. The now man room looks really awesome."

"Did a outstanding job and would hire again"

"excellent service and very professional work. he helped me with several electrical projects around the house including replacing outlets running new wiring so i could install a tv on the porch and taking care of a few other electrical issues. he also installed a new light fixture in a dark area of my living room which made a huge difference. everything was done cleanly and professionally. very reliable and easy to work with. i would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work"

"Can't say enough about this company. I'm a local Realtor and I get asked for referrals all the time, I never hesitate to give their number. Not only is the work 5 Star Level, the communication exceeds expectations, which is tough to find in a Contractor. I appreciate it when a company is up front and honest from the beginning, and keeps their promises."

"They did a fix and flip renovation for me. So far, he's renovated 3 or 4 houses for me in the Orlando. I vetted him heavily, and I couldn't be happier with the results of hiring him. I would absolutely recommend Alberto Rivera. The value for the money is really where Alberto shines. My only complaint, is that whenever I let him choose the colors, he chooses Brown."

"Marcos was very knowledgeable, very clean in installing a coach light and light switch from scratch. He cleaned up the area well afterwards and even took the trash with him! He also installed a Zwave switch for pool equipment automation with no problem. The price they quoted was almist half of 3 other quotes we received. Thank you for a job well done!"

"They did fantastic job. They were very polite."
