He arrived on time with all the equipment in the truck. Only the hose entered my space. It was quiet and smelled fresh as he cleaned. He was respectful of my equipment and furniture. I was never inconvenienced in my work as he cleaned. It took about and hour from the time he entered until I paid him and he left. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT. As he worked I felt like I was watching a TV commercial for carpet cleaning. The difference was that much of a contrast. The hot steam used in the process dried very quickly. "I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaned."
