I have use Family Cleaning Service every two weeks for the last few years and they are wonderful. Great attention to detail, on time, fair pricing and always good about following any instructions about what needs to be cleaned in my home and my preferences. They don't mind/are very nice to my 3 small dogs. And whenever I've had them do extra projects like clean out the fridge, they've always done an excellent job. And as a bonus, my husband loves that they do with the cute little bows and flowers with the toilet paper and the tissue. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them.

I have a small home and it is very well kept. I did not understand how 6 hrs of house cleaning only covered the basics plus cleaning the fans. I thought they would be able to do much more. The house had not been lived in for a few months so I wanted a thorough clean to include baseboards and windows and wiping down cabinets, which were not done. I was also surprised that they did not even Vacuum the tracks of my sliding glass doors. I was very disappointed.

"We appreciate your feedback but the member clearly did not read all the details and fine print before buying this special offer and its unfortunately blaming the company. The small home the member says it's almost 2,000 square feet home. This offer clearly states that this is a 6 hour maintenance cleaning and not deep cleaning. Items like ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, windows, and doors were excluded from this offer but we did tried to help the member out and clean those items if we ended up with extra time. The bathrooms of this member needed a lot of attention. Same with the floors and ceiling fans. Whole house has been vacuumed and mopped. Angie's list member please refer to our other reviews for a better understanding of our regular and deep cleaning services."

They're very good. They're very thorough. They get everything very clean. We've used other cleaning services in the past and have always been disappointed, but Ivanilde's is extremely good. I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. I mean, this past Tuesday they were about a half an hour later than they had hoped to be, on average, they are quite punctual. I will use them in two weeks.
