"Thanks George great review !! What you have conveniently omitted to tell everyone are the actual facts!! We visited your property discussed your requirements, presented you an estimate, you read it over, understood its content then paid a deposit. We installed the gutters as per the estimate that you agreed, everything located correctly. Since then you have suffered buyers remorse realizing the placement of one downspout is not of your liking. We have given you options to move said downspout, obviously at your cost, which you have declined. At no point have you ever mentioned the workmanship good or bad of the installation until now. Your biggest omission is that you have not told the public, is you have not paid !! You currently have an outstanding balance and was looking for a discount, then the "incorrect" downspout would be ok. Not sure how you are able to place a monitory value on an alleged incorrect downspout. Nevertheless, as per my final communication to you we will not be offering any form of discount on this correctly installed job. I commence legal action against you if the outstanding balance is not forth coming. We will also now be contacting lawyers regarding the defamation and slander you made against as per the above. I will update this once a payment has been made."
"Thanks Marcia. All our customers are sent emails and text messages regarding installations, the previous week of the installation. I do know the email was sent to you on 11 April, perhaps you missed it. We do not give times only a day as problems can arise during the work we carry out. When you called earlier today we notified you it would be after 12.00, the second install of the day as we are only installing 2 short sections of gutter. Not that makes a difference, but we prefer to give our installers the larger jobs first when the weather is cooler to work in. You emailed to cancel and we have been trying to contact you since to confirm this and to discuss the issue with you. However, you have chosen to ignore our calls, emails and text messages to resolve this. The crew would have been with you around 2.15 this afternoon."
