He came two days later on time and installed a reinforced ceiling box to hold a ceiling fan, hung the fan, installed an outdoor spotlght and even straightened out another fixture we had installed badly at no additional charge. He was willing to wait for us to get equipment we didn't have and he charged exactly what he had estimated. Great job; good guy. We'll use Allstar again."

"I have 2 homes and contacted Monia for "deep cleaning" including the oven. My request with such a short notice left me to believe I had no chance in getting someone out. That afternoon 2 nice Spanish speaking (no English) arrived and quickly went to work. I left them a tip, and asked that they lock the house on their way out. When I got home that evening, I was excited in hopes of what the "deep cleaning" looked like. To my dismay, the girls failed to clean the oven, one of the ceiling fans, and 1 glass table top wasn't cleaned. I emailed Monia to let her know about the oven, and she stated that she would send someone out right away. I emailed her back letting her know that wouldn't necessary...I could clean the oven myself. In my email, I also asked Monia if she could assist with another deep cleaning at my other home, and have regular follow up cleanings. Several days went by and no reply to my email. I resent the same email asking Monia to let me know about my other house, and to date, I have not heard back from her. I really wanted to give her another chance with my other home...sad I never heard back from her again."

Also, Jeff patched a hole in the side of the concrete foundation and did such a great job, it’s unnoticeable, and so tight it stopped tiny ants from coming in. He also repaired several interior and exterior doors and replaced all but the frame of a damaged attic ladder by himself (Not an easy job). Jeff is amiable and honest and when he couldn’t do a job, he said so. Then he went out of his way to find someone who could, for a great price. Can’t ask for more than that."

Office staff were very pleasant when scheduling the appointment and I received an email reminder the day before as well as an email when the technician was en route. Pete, the electrician who did the work, was terrific. He arrived when expected, got right to work, and knew his stuff. He was very neat and took pains to make sure that the new box for the ceiling fan was properly centered in the kitchen. He also relocated the garbage disposal switch to a more convenient spot in the cabinet under the sink and changed which outlet in a bedroom was controlled by a wall switch. All this, including cleanup, was completed in just under three hours. I would definitely use this company again for electrical work as well as A/C service."
