"I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service person to repair major floor damage in my elderly mom’s bathroom (sub-floor had to be replaced, new flooring and vanity installed) in her home due to a deteriorated wax toilet seal. I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. "We liked the carpet that we picked out. However we had to call them back after they installed the carpet because  there were wrinkles or bubbles in the carpet. It looked like they didn't pull it tight enough. They sent two other people out and they did their best to pull the wrinkles out of the carpet, but there is still a bubble around the fireplace so we will neve use them again. I would not recommend them because we were not pleased with the end results of our carpet. The carpet is still not right."
