"I was surprised that I had 12 sheets of plywood that had to be replaced and when I inquired they showed me the old wood and I was surprised how the damage was caught before it rotted all the way through! The wood was already soft, black in the middle. It would be something that could be easy to miss. The men taking off the old roofing and putting on the new were amazing. Very professional, hard working, even in this scorching heat. I love the new roof and how well the yard was cleaned up. I recommend them to everyone!
