Typically less than sanding. Why? There is no dust to clean up, it's typically done in 1 day and you don't have to move out, and, our process is non-toxic safe for your kids and pets. In addition to our Sandless process, we also specialize in traditional sanding, floor installation and in cleaning and sealing tile and grout.

This team took a tired old 1980's tile floor with dark ugly grout and turned it into a modern clean sleek looking floor. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were responsive and delivered on time as promised! GREAT COMPANY!

I had old floors with some damage. They did a great job making them look like the "classic" floors I wanted them to be. Best part is the process is quicker and cleaner than the sand and finish one. Easy to work with and always answered my questions, the floors really look great! I think the price was reasonable, if you are on the fence, go for it....

Mr. Sandless restored the floors in one room of my house, adjacent to other rooms that I had refinished in the traditional way (sanding, staining, sealing). The Mr. Sandless floors completely stand up to the traditionally refinished floors -- in a fraction of the time and with no dusty mess. Great customer service from Renee and Gary and beautiful finished product!

They did a great job prepping the area. They were respectful of my time since I was working from home that day. While they were here I had them give me a quote on 4 other rooms as well. The work was solid, clean and I was able to put the furniture back in the room that day.
