"On the 12th of April 2023 the Two Maids and a Mop came to my place to do a move out cleaning when I set up the time and the day for them to come by. It was done through text messaging. I told them on the 13th of April my final out i was going to give my keys to my landlord and I will need to have the place cleaned up, because it was being inspected. On the 12th of April 2023, the cleaning service, two maids and a mop finished within three hours that day when I returned home to look at the home because they had to leave to go to another house. The place was halfway cleaned. When I went upstairs to look at the bathroom, the bathroom was not fully cleaned. There was still areas that were not cleaned as what they stay in their website that they clean bathroom toilet. They also did not clean the cabinets in the bathroom downstairs in the kitchen area. They did not clean any of the cabinets they were stains still. When I open up the fridge raider, the refrigerator still has stains inside it was not cleaned. So I contacted the cleaning service and asked them why they did not clean the bathroom fully. They said that they cannot clean bathrooms that had bodily fluids and I said aren’t you guys a cleaning service and they stated that they do not clean bathrooms like that. They told me that if I clean up some of it, they will come back and clean that part. They also said they were gonna come back to clean the kitchen in the cabinets, but I told him that it I had to return the keys on the 13th so I did cannot wait for them to come back to clean the kitchen area in the cabinets and I will just do it myself. I told them the bathroom I would like for them to clean if they refuse, I asked him can I get some of my money back they said they won’t. So am requesting my refund from this company because this is the worst cleaning service that I’ve ever dealt with especially when they refuse to clean like the stated this company should be shut down because of their poor service ."

"Lee has been cleaning my home in Crestview for at least four years. She has always arrived on the day and at the time that she scheduled. If there needs to be a change in the scheduled visit she texts or calls with sufficient notice. Her skills as a cleaner are excellent. Lee cleans thoroughly each time she visits our home (we are currently on a monthly schedule). If there is a special instruction or request she always remembers to include this task. When she first came to our house the shower in the master bath needed a good scrubbing. She cleaned the shower extremely well that day and has kept it clean since. We have a four bedroom, two bath home. Lee cleans two of the four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a study, a living room, family room, dining room, and the very large kitchen on every visit. It is quite a bit of work. We have two dogs and she manages to vacuum our home free of dog hair during each job."
