Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
The initial install went well but we had two areas of concern (high spot) that we thought needed attention before the LVP was installed. Assured us it would be fine, a year later flooring starts popping up; cracking and delaminating. Spoke with installer when we hired him for a master bath remodel and blew us off when we mentioned the flooring issues. Shouldnt have hired him a second time but he came in, gave estimate and started work. He brought in bathroom remodel crew who disagreed with Mr Nigel Flemen method and materials. Nigel stated they will do what he tells them to do. Bathroom remodelers never return, Mr Fleming takes over, shows up works a few hours then disappears. I'm an amputee and needing this Bathroom finished but since Mr Flemen disagreed my wife he packs up and leaves and never returns taking my 5k payment. Unprofessional, talks down to customers its his way or the highway and he takes your money with him.

Abysmal from beginning to end. Lowest quality of any contractor I've ever hired. Everything done weeks later than promised. Contract terms not honored. Hostile responses to complaints. Services are cheap but he thinks that justifies all of the above.

They went on to sell the home in March of 2025 for a 70k profit. it takes a really hate filled person to go on people's"

Mr. Nigel Fleming was 3 hours late for the initial consultation! He was subsequently late on the 1st day and absent thereafter until his worker quite due to 3 wweks non-payment. Mr. Fleming came to work almost daily, sparingly. He told me that the job would take 2 weeks at most, but as we speak, I am still awaiting completion of my ADA compliant grab bars and the crew-in shower rod negotiated in the deal. He actually told me that plumber was responsible those installs. Note: Mr. Nigel Fleming, Design Renovations (of Crestview, FL) isn't a responsible, timely, nor professional. If you're a risk taker, due to cost, then he may be your man. 😡🤬

"This review is a bold face lie except for the part about being late for the initial free consultation....why was i late? That morning i was at the emergency vet with my dog who had been attacked by German Shepherd. I'm sorry that this home owner felt like his free consultation was more important than the life of my dog. I should have known better right there and then to not even give him and estimate, but i decided to give him the benefit of the doubt since everyone has bad days. From the moment we agreed upon a price and the scope of work, i got the run around on payment. I got 3 or 4 different stories about the initial deposit. Which i patiently dealt with. He would send rude text messages out of nowhere on the weekend when i was with my kids. All my employees get paid, that was a total lie. Whats funny is he acts like he cares about my employees getting paid when in reality he hasn't paid me yet... and was two weeks plus late paying me my deposit and is not 9 days late paying me my final payment. [Member Name Removed], was super happy with his finished shower, so much so he had his neighbor come over to show it off. She was supper excited about it and said she was so jealous! I even did the job for him at a 4k discount because he said he was a VET. It wasn't until my last hour there on the job when he said he couldn't pay me for 3 weeks. I did not want to be at his home any longer so at that point i called the plumber and arranged for him to install the grab bar, which he tried to do three days later when finishing up the plumbing but [Member Name Removed] said he didn't have time for him to do it he had to leave and would get his buddy to do it. It wasn't until i contacted him today about final payment of almost 4k and informing him that if i didn't receive payment i was going to file a lien on his property that he maliciously filed this bogus review to try and hurt myself, my business and my family, as this is the kind of hate filled person he is. I have texts, contracts, pics and witness's to back up everything i am saying!"

Cost was higher than expected, but to be fair so was the degree of damage from the original installation. All work was done quickly and done very well. Very pleased that there is a 3 year warranty as well. Would definitely recommend this company

Wonderful!!! The bathroom remodel surpassed all my expectations. Design Revelations LLC was professional, punctual and beautiful! We needed a roll in shower for my Mom. Her condition had worsened to the need for a shower wheelchair . Nigel, was quick to respond to my inquiry. He and I spoke over the phone, we shared some pictures over the phone of my bathroom situation. He was quick to come up with a solution to our problems. Nigel accommodated my work schedule and his team of workers worked very hard to accomplish an amazing functioning bathroom for my Mom in a short period of time. When all was complete, the work spaces were cleaned up, and I could not have been more pleased with the entire project. I would definitely call him again if I have a remodel project.

Painting was good; walls and trim. Floor installation was very good. He checked for level floors and applied self-leveling compound to correct. He was responsive to both text and email. He was flexible in scheduling. We provided all materials (except self-leveling compound). He provided tools and labor.

Based on the initial meeting my wife and I had with Nigel we knew we had picked the right man for the job. Nigel is a professional, he helped us pick the tile, walked us through his plan, and broke down how much everything would cost. His attention to detail and love of the craft is apparent based on the finished product. Everyone that has come to visit compliments how beautiful our flooring is. Our job included peeling laminate, pulling carpet and patching a crack on the concrete. Each step was done carefully and diligently. 10/10 would recommend, and hire again. Nigel is an all around great guy, and hard worker.

The Kitchen tile was a very difficult installation. Nigel was very meticulous and detailed. He left the area clean and neat. I will be hiring him for my next job. You could not hire a better person for your job.

Nigel was amazing! We needed immediate assistance after a failed attempt at installing vinyl flooring ourselves. He showed up for a quote within 30 minutes and was prepared and began work immediately. He completed the work faster than expected and did a beautiful job. Nigel was very professional.
