"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

We are a small family business with a big family heart! I have 6 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through-out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job, I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives).

"I normally do all renovations on my own for cost & OCD reasons, but had to hire out a few jobs as a moving deadline was coming up. If I had known about Vacslav years ago, I would have hired all my tile jobs out to him. I'm happy when I get tile cuts to ~1/16", but Vacslav's were to about 1/32"...in other words, the quality was better than I expected (he worked every last detail), in about half the time it would have taken me, and at a fair price. Additionally, Vacslav was a pleasure to work with - he was very responsive (really unusual in our area), always on time, worked full days, and understood exactly what I wanted...couldn't be happier with the process & outcome"
