Completely dissatisfied. Scope of work was agreed upon and then changed after the fact saying that some work "wasn't included because I didn't specifically mention it" even though they were clearly stated in insurance estimates. Very poor paint job and touchups were done begrudgingly. Owner is defensive and belligerent.

Impressive! Jeff and his wonderful crew, Chris and Brandon, have been working at my home for 4 weeks now. There isn't anything I've asked them to do that they can't do, and they do it well. They possess every positive quality you'd want. I hesitate to list the qualities because I know after I press submit I'll think of one more. I call them the Dream Team. That tells you everything you need to know.

Very good! Once I started the work with them and told them all that I wanted and needed, they put me at the "head" of their list, when they were scheduled one month out due to the season. They also did "complimentary" work such as hauling my additional trash (not tied to their jobs) to the landfill. Very attentive and customer orientated!

Both were handled in a few quick hours. The old duct from 1980 had not been used since 2000. The duct was found by the tech that eluded four other people and fixed quickly. The mantle was quickly corrected with a very minor adjustment needed to make it straight.

Jeff did a fantastic job. The wood rot was removed and he repaired the damage that once painted you can't tell the difference. The repairs were so that we won't have to worry about the rot coming back. He returned our calls and was professional. He knew what he was doing. Highly recommend and will use Emerald Coast again.

Emerald Coast Home Restoration, LLC did a fantastic job.  they were on time and finished the project in one day.  they repaired some cracked and separating grout around the shower tile.  they also put up a tile boarder around the the room.  They were very professional and cleaned up after the job.  I would recommend this company for any work.  We are going to have them come back and repair a brick flower bed wall and also redo a kitchen counter top.

Everything went great. He showed up on time on the scheduled days agreed upon. We had a greed on two separate mornings for the work to be done. Everything was completed on time and looks and works great. During the work being done everything was kept organized and clean. When the job was completed he again cleaned, swept and vacuumed any dust or debri. We would definitely use this company again.
