Although Mr. Waugh's architectural drawers were creative and innovative, however his managing, his crews, their work, his supervision was less than desirable. He used substandard materials and charged top dollar! He built our home 8 years ago and we have had 5 repair leaks and over thousands and thousands of dollars that were not covered under warranty or insurance! Beware of underbidding and long term projects..we were had!! Mr. Waugh is very creative so my advice, stay with drawing!!

He did a phenomenal job for me. I highly recommend him. He was under budget, on time and he did a better job than we really hope for. He's an excellent man and excellent business man as well. He stayed right on budget.

Absolutely the most professional contractor we have ever dealt with! He installed a fireplace with surround and the project was flawless from start to finish. Ed Waugh was an excellent communicator, was ALWAYS on time or early, well organized, detail oriented in every aspect of the project and we could not be happier with the finished product! We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and would not dream of using anyone else for future projects. He restored our faith in contractor's after having had a bad experience a couple of years ago. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and did OUTSTANDING work! If you have a project, call him, you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding! The team went beyond our expectations. We will be using them again this coming spring to paint our stucco home.

Ed is a quiet, calm and professional individual. His work ethic is impeccable and the quality of his work is fantastic. I would and have already recommended Ed Waugh Construction to anyone who is interested in a new home build or for a remodel. He and his assistant did most of the work. However there were subcontractors and they/their work was impeccable as well. He uses the best and the work is fantastic.
