He needs to work for a company not a very good business person has no business acct to take and receive checks had to pay his helper thru zelle and venmo enrolled as Slutty Stixx LLc. Did nice work for what he did but pool is still unable to use pool looks like I have to hire someone else to finsh the job. "

I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. I don’t expect any issues now that the project is done but if something did come up,I am very confident that Joel will make it right. "Company made a mistake when removing passive solar panels causing water circulation to stop, burning out my pool pump. denied responsibility and offered to replace the pump for $1,000, which made me very suspicions. when i replaced the pump i discovered their mistake. they had shut off the wrong switch that was only supposed to stop circulation to the panels, but instead stopped all the water circulation. owner claimed he checked after turning off the switch, but he did not. i was standing right there and saw him flip the switch and leave. when my new pump would not work at first, i flipped the switch he shut off and it began working fine. asked him to pay for just a small portion of the damage he had caused, but he refused and has not gotten back to me as promised."

"Do yourself a favor and avoid this nightmare of a company at all costs!!! Two homes, two pools and 5 years and NOTHING BUT ISSUES. Their technicians will not clean your filter, leading your pool equipment to fail. They will leave the filter top off, running your pump dry and the pool equipment will fail. They will leave the pool pump running 24/7 for 8 months, leading to astronomical electrical bills. To top it off, when your home is for sale, your technician will see the pump has failed and say nothing, leading to a green pool. Then the supervisor Dwight will show up, yell at you, refuse to take any accountability for his technician’s failures and refuse to give you a price quote for a new pump. When you speak with Lillian in the office, she will insist that two emails were sent out and you had a phone call about said pump, before she realizes that was a year beforehand and the pump was replace then…. A pump that’s only one year old should not fail. This company ruins your equipment and refuses to take responsibility for their technicians. Avoid at all costs. In the words of Donald Trump, “You’re FIRED!!!!” Update: I had someone come to check out the pump and the circuit breaker had tripped. This time, it still works. Mind you, Dwight, the supervisor for Fountain Blue told me it was “completely broken” and they gave me a quote for a pump for $1,700 today. Crooks!!"
