Resurfacing concrete or asphalt driveways involves adding a new top layer to fill in large cracks and potholes. Repaving, however, removes all material from the previous driveway and fills the area in with new materials. Repaving is a chance to change the shape of your driveway and regrade the land.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Rebar is an essential part of reinforcing a basement floor, as not having it can impact its structural integrity. It helps absorb the tension factors that contribute to cracks in your floor and strengthens its load-bearing capabilities by evenly distributing the weight. Not including rebar could lead to an unstable floor, so don’t skip it!

You can apply an exposed aggregate finish to existing traditional concrete, but you’ll need to resurface the concrete and include aggregate in the top layer of concrete. Polyurethane sealants dry to the touch within one to two hours. Since they come in a tube applier, you also have the option to complete the repair without emptying out your garage.
