They are very polite and did not push me rather they tried to understand what I had in mind. They did not give me a price in 5 minutes. Instead, they took a day to figure that out. The price and timeline are given together and worked for me. Quick and I thought it reasonable. They completed all work in 8 days and this was a gut reno. Full bathroom tile walls, all new- toilet, vanity and mirror, a light fixture above, 2 new high hats, new electrical and plumbing, new shower fixture and valve, mosaic shampoo niche and shower floor, and beautiful frameless glass shower doors.
