"Diana and Javier came over to see the bathroom I wanted to be redone. They talked with me about what I envisioned, then measured and questioned me till an understanding was reached. They are very polite and did not push me rather they tried to understand what I had in mind. They did not give me a price in 5 minutes. Instead, they took a day to figure that out. The price and timeline are given together and worked for me. Quick and I thought it reasonable. They completed all work in 8 days and this was a gut reno. Full bathroom tile walls, all new- toilet, vanity and mirror, a light fixture above, 2 new high hats, new electrical and plumbing, new shower fixture and valve, mosaic shampoo niche and shower floor, and beautiful frameless glass shower doors. I got a super new master bath and am thinking of using them to upgrade the kitchen. Thank you Javier Meraki and Diana! Need a recommendation just let me know."

The job did take two days due to unforeseen plumbing issues- but they were able to correct the problem and continue with installation. "Andrew was very professional and did the job of installing grab bars thoroughly. Although he arrived late, he texted to let us know. He explained to us what he did. Also, he guaranteed his work. If he could improve, I would say that he should have offered to take the empty boxes and refuse into the garage, leaving the workspace clean. "Mario, our service contractor, did a wonderful job updating our primary bathroom. He removed large tub and small shower, replacing them with a larger walk in shower with a seat, grab bars, and low threshold. He removed the old vanity and installed a solid wood double vanity with a quartz top that was custom made for our space. In addition, we had the tile floor covered with vinyl tile. Mario worked steadily for 3 straight days, arriving on site at the time he stated and not leaving until the portion of the work was completed for that day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful when decisions needed to made on the spot. As far as Premiere Home Pros, there were no surprises, the amount that was quoted to us at the sales portion of the job was exactly what we paid. Communication was excellent and the company was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend them!"
