Fast, efficient service, done with a personal interest in your success and satisfaction. Scott, the owner, and Andrew, his technician are a terrific team. They removed my Beam Central Vac unit, repaired the defective switch, replaced my old filter and returned the unit and reinstalled it on the same day! Their pricing was modest and due consideration was given to the customer's circumstances. This is a company that cares. I wouldn't think of taking my business elsewhere.

The owner was pleasant but did not disclose that he outsources all his work. The independent installer said he installs for virtually all the companies in the area. Therefore, I could have purchased from anyone and gotten the same product from the same installer. When I tried to call the owner he never called me back. He sent the installer who had his own sales and service company to write the contract. FYI: the installer was great, but apparently he pays his people by the number of drops so not sure they are also independent.

In addressing your concern about our Sub (Dave), we have been working together as a team for twenty years and he does our piping work for us and sometimes the trim out as well. Our Repairs and unit change-outs are done personally by me or my in-house staff. The installation team for full installs works well because we sell the best equipment on the market and dave does the best pipework of anyone in the state of Florida. We are confident that you are happy with the equipment and the installation from our Action team and will be for years to come. Your Cyclovac carries with it a ten-year guarantee on the entire vacuum and that is parts and labor! Insofar as your disappointment in getting the phone call returned by Dave instead of me.... we usually have the person that is available first, return the call. I am available 9-4 Monday thru Friday and Sunday as well to answer any and all questions that you have with your new cyclo vac purchase. If I cannot take your call immediately, you can be assured that I will return your call the same business day. The staff and I here at Action Vacuum count it a privilege to serve you and meet all of your cleaning needs."

I'm sorry this didn't work out. Scott the owner was super getting someone here to replace my central vac. This "installer" installed nothing. We r both seniors with very little in tools. He stood there telling us what to do until we just told him to leave. He installed nothing. Again sorry for the review
