Get matched with top subcontractors in Atlantic Beach, FL

The guy that came over to do the estimate gave me a very high-pressured " This price is only good for today and you've got to sign now to get this price" ( exact words" sales pitch...That's when I should have walked away! On a Tuesday he said the job would be performed and done that Saturday. I...

Subcontractor showed up to the job without any equipment. Nothing that Project Manager says happens. Company is unable to keep any type of schedule; they say they will be at the house at a specific time for you to schedule appropriately and will bail out at the last minute. The supervisor always...

Irving Galavez was fantastic to work with. I am new to Jacksonville and I was worried that I would need to hire from a larger firm to get the quality and trust in getting a job done right---but once I talked to Irving on the phone, I knew he would do a good job. Hid company did a great job!...

I was very pleased! He's very honest and has integrity which is rare. He kept us within budget, took responsibility for the subcontractors and didn't hesitate to terminate them if work was unsatisfactory. He ultimately wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. He's very patient; going above...

Contractor subcontracted work out without our knowledge (to Skilled Construction Solutions), after specifically assuring us the workers would all be his employees. He then proceeded to leave the country for a month, so left the job completely unsupervised. The workers ran out of drywall mud and...

Keith is a good salesman with lots of good reviews and listened well during design. We did make some changes during the project. Once our project began, communication with the customer and subcontractors, project management, and quality control were shown not to be his strengths. We are very...

Highly recommend Woodworks Cabinetry. I did not shop around on prices based on other reviews, so cannot evaluate that. However, it seemed reasonable for all the work done. They revised the floor plan in my kitchen, moved door opening and retiled from foyer through open concept dining and kitchen...

A.J. Wells' people and their subcontractors are consummate professionals. Not only did they put in a superb roof but they rectified any issues that came up during the process of installing our roof. For example, the work crew damaged a spigot and fixed it the same day. They somehow damaged the...

I contracted Benton to replace my roof. My rep Kirk seemed nice and we managed to get through all the documents and down payment and scheduling with no issues. They called the week prior and said they would be out 7/3/2017 to complete the roof and it would take one day. The workers arrived...

Very slow response time. Seem to subcontract with lowest bidder, you then are lowest priority for the subcontractor. Took five visits (different employee each time), to eventually properly diagnos and repair a/c problem. AHS was horrible in dealing with complaints. You could only reach their...
