He did not use the same color as the existing shingles -- looks bad. He told me he was using the same color. I would not have done the job with mix and match shingles. All the debris from the roof he threw down into the yard and refused to take it away or at the very least, put it curbside for pickup. Refused to return any phone calls.

Brannan Roofing just installed a metal roof on our house and detached garage. Their price was good and they did an excellent job. Their workmanship was great, they arrived on schedule and finished in less than 2 days. The roofers were polite, professional and didn't leave any mess when they were finished. The owner stopped by to check everything before calling the county inspector. We are very happy with the job they did and would recommend them.

Ronnie Brannan, the owner, was polite, patient and professional and was super easy to work with. His crew was great, and they arrived at 7 am and had the new roof and cleanup done by 4:30 pm. The dumpster they brought was also removed promptly the next day as planned. Ronnie also gave us the $1000 Paper Mint coupon discount. We also were able to upgrade to the architectural shingles for only a few hundred dollars more than the 3 tab shingles. All said and done, great company, great owner, great work, great warranty, and great price.

After job was done, he refused to remove debris and left it in the rear and side yards. He told me to get rid of the debris. I am a senior with limited mobility. This was not an option for me. Brannan would not return my many phone calls. I paid another contractor to haul the debris from my yard.

Ronnie Brannon provided estimate and answered any concerns through completion. His crew worked their tails off on my two story steep pitched roof.

They did all right. It took me awhile to get someone. I got someone from Brannen because I watched them and told them they could do this and this for a better products but he knew what he was doing. They put up with me and I put up with them. Compared to the other ones, They put up a pretty good roof. It is just the little things. I am just picky. They called back pretty good.

I had some challenges finding a roofer to do this job on my 400 square foot garage, but was very glad that I chose Brannon Roofing for the work. They were reasonably priced and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with the end result. Perhaps the only negative aspect is that I was charged an extra $200 since the roofing materials could not be staged on the roof since my driveway was too narrow for the truck to get close enough. I thought he should have included this in my initial price when he estimated the job.

Ronnie was slammed due to the hurricane but got back to me unlike the other roofers. He at least had the courtesy to keep me in the know as far as the time frame. The crew worked non stop and was almost exact to my quote. I'm very pleased and glad it's one less thing to worry about.

I assume that the repair was done properly. I cannot climb a ladder to go on the roof to confirm.

I had obtained about 5-6 estimates for completely reroofing my small 1925 craftsman home in Murray Hill.  I was interested in a metal roof, but knew it might be out of my budget. So, I got estimates for metal as well as asphalt shingle roofs.  Also, I knew that the old roof was sitting on sagging and broken support structure.  Near my work, I noticed a beautiful small home with a new metal roof and with one of Brannan's signs in front.  When I googled Brannan, I noted that they have a very good report on Angie's list.  Ronnie came when he said he would, and gave me an estimate.  He specializes in metal roofs, and I was delighted when his estimate for a metal roof came back at the same price of others' asphalt shingle estimates!. 
I was concerned about financing, but Ronnie said he could help me.  He took some basic info and I was approved for the quoted amount with a well-known bank/lending institution.
For the sagging and structural preparation, Ronnie recommended a carpentry service.  The two man team was excellent.  I highly recommend them (Ronnie can give you the name, if interested.) They spent two days tearing out the unsightly, modern vinyl soffit that I did not want on my historic era home.  Then they shored up the drooping eaves.  This work was paid for separately, but I am so grateful to Ronnie for recommending them.
Then Ronnie and his team came.  They were so quiet!  No loud talking and their radios were down low.  They were courteous and answered any questions I asked.  Otherwise, they never knocked on the door or asked questions. 
More importantly, they did a beautiful, professional job. 
What they did:  The  old asphalt shingles did not need to be removed, and the new metal roof was installed over them.  I am a senior and was unable to go up a ladder to see exactly what they were doing, but the completed roof is very beautiful.  The whole process (after the prep carpenters left) took two and a half days.  It took another 4-5 days for the portable dumpster owner to remove the dumpster and debris.
I can't give a thorough assessment of the quality of the roof at this point, three weeks after completion.  However, we have had quite a bit of heavy rain since the installation.  All the old puddles and buckets on the front porch are dry.  (The buckled porch floor boards have even lain back down and are ready to be painted.) 
I gave them A on all aspects of their service.  And I'll recommend them to anybody who asks me.

I live in Seattle WA but own the property in Jacksonville.  I have contacted several contractors in Jacksonville through Angie's List that would agree to provide an estimate then disappear.  When I contacted Ronnie Brannan he was on it.  He went out an inspected the roof provided a bid and proof of insurance when asked.  There were no delays or excuses given.  I even asked him about doing some other projects and he was honest with me, he said I will have to check with someone and get back to you or we don't do that type of work.
When you are thousands of miles away you want someone who will be straight with you. My only regret is that he will have to wait a couple of days to receive payment because the project cost more than anticipated, but the check is in the mail.

The workers arrived promptly on the day agreed upon and worked very hard in extremely hot conditions.  They installed a beautiful new roof, sky light, and gutters. It took two days which included waiting several hours for the county inspector on the second day.  I received many compliments from neighbors on the quality of the work.  Mr Brannan and Hunter were responsive to me with any concerns I had and I'm very pleased with the finished product.  I would highly recommend them to other home owners looking for a new roof and gutters.

Ronnie Brannan's team was excellent!  Their attention to detail as well as efficiency was amazing!  I was very pleased with the work and could not ask for a better result.  My neighbor came over and said I was trying to make everyone else in the neighborhood look bad in comparison!  Ha-ha!

Ronnie Brannan built my detached garage in 2003 and added a room to my house in 2004 which included a total reroof. We were totally happy with every aspect of doing business with Ronnie so when we needed another house re-roofed the decision was easy! We called Ronnie! And once again completely satisfied. It took a little bit to get the roof started, after the initial estimate, but it was an extremely busy time of year. Once they started, the roof was done in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with. My hummingbird feeder was accidently broken during the reroof; without any hesitation, they reimbursed me for it. That's what you call great customer service!  My roof looks awesome and I've recommended them to a lot of folks.  Without a doubt, I would use them again.
