When we reached out to Peter he was very confrontational and aggressive. Over the a period of seven months, the incidences increased and service kept declining. I finally reached out to another provider who walked the property and shared some tough things with us, money we were charged for services was not being reflected in the condition of the property. Over the last period someone had changed the sprinkler zones to five minutes and all our new sod was dying, Sprinkler heads were grown over and others were broken. When you are paying someone $250 a month for full service and extra for mulch, our property should not look the way it does. Nothing was being maintained, overgrown bushes, weeds in the paver driveway, palm tree frods , you name it, not doing their job. Very disappointed in how this turned out."
