"Always wonderful to have my house cleaned by BBRJ. She does a great job and is so nice to deal with. She and her family are like part of our family now! The kitchen is spotless - stove, cabinets, floors, everything. Sofas are cleaned even under the cushions! Floors are mopped and carpets are vacuumed. Even my kids' rooms that are cluttered get tidied up and dusted and vacuumed. It is so nice to have someone that I trust that does such a great job again and again. "Van was very quick and responsive.   The whole process took 3 days.  We were very satisfied with the service in the beginning.  I need to mention that our floors were in horrible shape with multiple holes throughout the house.  He closed the holes and did patching work. But after the job was done and we got into the house we noticed a number of issues.  Living room floor had some areas where the polish wasn't spread evenly and it dried out in lumps. It looked like somebody spilled something on our floors (it was basically lumps of dry polish).
Upstairs floors were not evenly sanded and we still have large cracks between the boards that were not filled in.   Some parts are still pretty rough that i scratched my feel just by walking on the floor.  I must admit that the floors were in had condition,  and seemed like Van's crew didn't want to take their time to fix some old boards.
Price was good and he was very quick, but I am not sure if I will hire him again.  I might do it if I have better floors to begin with.

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

"The services were exactly what was stated on the offer. They were on time, professional and friendly. Friendly is a plus. So, they have an extra star for that one. The only criticism or feedback that I can give is that they 2 empty bottles in my kitchen floor. They probably forgot to pick it up on their way out and I didn't notice til way after they left.

There were some real problem spots and they did a great job making sure it all came out beautifully. They were prompt, courteous, neat, and clean.
